How much does a website cost in Rwanda?+
Web development at Register.rw starts at USD 200. The final price depends mostly on the number of pages and how much custom work is involved, so a simple business website costs far less than an online shop or a custom system. Your domain and hosting are billed separately at our published prices: a .rw domain is 15,000 RWF a year and hosting starts at 40,000 RWF a year. How long does it take to build a website?+
Most business websites go live in under two weeks once we have your content. Online shops and custom systems can take longer, and we agree the timeline with you before work starts.
How quickly will you reply?+

Do I need another company for the domain and hosting?+
No. Register.rw is a .rw domain registrar and hosting provider, so your domain, hosting, and business email are set up by the same team that builds your website. They are billed separately from the build, at the same published prices every customer pays.
Do you offer web development, or only design?+
Both. Our in-house web developers build custom web applications, booking systems, and online shops with Mobile Money and card payments, as well as the design and content of standard business websites.
Can you redesign my existing website?+
Yes. We can rebuild a slow or outdated site and move it to Register.rw hosting, keeping your domain and redirecting old pages so you do not lose the visitors and search rankings you already have.
Will I be able to update the website myself?+
Yes. Where it suits the project we build on WordPress so you can edit pages, posts, and products yourself, and we show you how before handover.
Will my website show up on Google?+
